The rules of the road for using the GPS Geo Tagging app, subscriptions and this website — written to be read, not just filed away.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GPS Geo Tagging mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by GPS Geo Tagging ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
GPS Geo Tagging lets you capture photos with live GPS coordinates, a map thumbnail, date and time stamped onto the image, along with optional project tags, saved locations, and — on the Pro plan — bulk exports and cloud sync. We may add, change or remove features over time to keep the app reliable and useful.
Some features (such as Pro cloud sync) may require connecting a third-party account. You're responsible for keeping any connected account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your access. The Service is intended for business, professional and personal documentation use by adults; it is not directed at children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy).
The Basic plan is free, with unlimited photo captures and no time limit. The Pro tier is a paid subscription billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, currently offered with a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown at checkout, billed by the app store you subscribed through.
You can cancel anytime from your Google Play or App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the app store you purchased through, since they process the payment.

You retain full ownership of the photos, notes, project tags and location data you capture using the Service ("Your Content"). We don't claim any ownership over it. By enabling Pro cloud sync, you grant us a limited, technical license solely to transmit Your Content to the destination you authorized — nothing more.
GPS coordinates are read directly from your device's location sensor and are generally accurate to within a few meters under clear-sky conditions, but accuracy can vary based on your device hardware, weather, indoor/urban obstruction, and satellite visibility. We do our best to stamp reliable, tamper-resistant data, but we cannot guarantee pinpoint accuracy in every environment.
Where we describe stamped photos as "trusted," "verified" or reference their potential use as supporting evidence, this reflects that the data comes directly from the device sensor without a manual-edit field in the app — it is not a guarantee that any specific court, agency or third party will accept a photo as evidence. Admissibility and weight given to any documentation is always determined by the relevant court, regulator or organization, not by us.
The GPS Geo Tagging name, logo, app design, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our branding or code beyond your personal, non-transferable right to use the app as intended.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services — app stores, map providers, and Pro cloud-sync destinations like Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GPS accuracy will meet every use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPS Geo Tagging and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, business, or profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms, including misuse described in the Acceptable Use section above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll aim to give notice within the app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
